- To respond to your enquiry and confirm bookings, including contact via phone and WhatsApp.
- To coordinate your event, including food preferences, allergies, and themes.
- To inform you about offers and events — only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or contacting us directly.
3. WhatsApp Communication
Booking confirmations and follow-ups are handled via WhatsApp. By submitting your phone number through any of our forms, you consent to being contacted on WhatsApp regarding your enquiry.
6. Photos & Videos at the Venue
Photography and videography may occur at the venue during events and regular operations. Customer images are published on our website or social media only with permission. For event media involving minors, written consent is obtained from parents or guardians.
