1. Gaming Card Credits
- Once a gaming card is purchased or recharged, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
- Base credits have lifetime validity and never expire. Bonus credits expire as per their tier — 90 days for Carnival tier, 180 days for VIP tier. Expired bonus credits are not reinstated.
- Please choose a recharge amount that suits your planned visit. Our reception team can help you pick the right tier.
2. Package Bookings (Corporate, Birthday, Events)
- Cancellation and rescheduling of confirmed package bookings are managed directly by the Game Xtreme team.
- For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact our team at +91 9676663393 as early as possible. Applicable terms will have been shared with you during booking confirmation.
3. Food & Beverages
- Food and beverage orders are billed separately at the venue and are not included in gaming card balances.
- Any concerns about your food or beverage order — including quality or incorrect items — are handled on a case-by-case basis at the management's discretion. Please speak to our staff at the venue or contact us directly.
4. Promotional Offers
- Game plays under promotional pricing (such as Xtreme Wednesday) follow the same card-credit rules. Credits used during promotional play are non-refundable.
- Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to visits made on non-promotional days.
