2. Gaming Card
- A Game Xtreme Gaming Card is mandatory for all customers to play any game, including during offers, packages, and promotions.
- Cards are purchased and recharged at the venue reception. There is no online top-up facility.
- Recharge amounts convert to play credits per the published recharge tiers. Higher tiers include bonus credits.
- Base card credits have lifetime validity. Bonus credits expire 90 days (Carnival tier) or 180 days (VIP tier) from the date of issue.
- Card balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Card sharing is strictly not permitted for bowling — each bowling player requires their own card. For other games, confirm the sharing policy at reception.
- The gaming card cannot be used to pay for food or beverages. Food and drinks are billed separately.
- For lost or damaged cards, please speak to our reception staff who will guide you through the replacement process.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm current pricing with our team before your visit.
- 18% GST applies to all card purchases, recharges, and packages, and is charged separately.
- Weekend pricing applies on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and notified public holidays.
4. Bookings & Enquiries
- Enquiries submitted via the website, WhatsApp, or phone are not confirmed bookings.
- A booking is confirmed only when the Game Xtreme team explicitly confirms the date, time, group size, and package details with you.
- Package payment terms are communicated by the team during booking confirmation.
5. Offers & Promotions
- Offers are valid only as published, within their stated days, times, and conditions.
- Offers cannot be combined with other offers or packages unless explicitly stated.
- Game Xtreme may modify or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
6. Venue Rules
- Only bowling shoes are permitted on the bowling lanes. Bowling shoes are provided at the venue. If you own personal bowling shoes, you may bring those.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
- All games are to be played per staff instructions. Supervised activities (shooting range, VR, bowling for young children) require adherence to staff guidance.
- Age and health guidance applies to certain experiences. The 360° VR Rollercoaster is not recommended for individuals with severe motion sickness, heart conditions, or vertigo.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian except where a dedicated party host arrangement applies.
- Game Xtreme reserves the right to refuse entry or service in cases of unsafe behaviour, intoxication, or misconduct.
7. Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit. Management is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or misplaced on the premises.
